In case you are not sure how to apply the patch, this is how you do it.
(From xf86-video-OpenChrome root directory)
patch -p 1 < OpenChrome_DDX_Version_0_6_174_Samsung_NC20_FP_Fix.patch
Then compile and install the DDX.
