P Touchman, I am taking a break from OpenChrome development for several weeks
to work on a different graphics stack (r128), but I am still willing to do some
troubleshooting sometimes.
I think the problem is with OpenChrome DDX in this situation as explained with
Comment 39 since I was able to reproduce the problem.
I do not think feeding those EDID parameters really matter since they are KMS
related, and the OpenChrome DDX you are dealing with does not currently handle
KMS since OpenChrome DRM is still mainlined.
