In a word, yes. I don't know what happened on dri-ml, but yes, I do think things are different now, and I think they will be even more different in the future. Looking at things from VIA's side they are a pretty big company so it is not too unreasonable that it will take some time for them to get up to full speed in the open source communities they participate in. That said, I am completely clueless about VIA vs. openchrome vs. unichrome. I just know that you do really good work Luc, and I know that there is still a lot of work to do in order to align VIA's code up with community efforts.
