#425: XvMC broken in r1011

r1011 broke XvMC.
I'm testing with 'xine -V xxmc dvd://' (the stream is irrelevant, DVD is
just convenient to test with).
The symptom is only the first frame is displayed, then the overlay is
never updated, unless you force something to be drawn over it (like
showing/hiding the xine control panel)
Xv works fine.
