#430: cross building openchorme does not work

If you want to build openchorme with an embedded linux distribution it
will not work, because they do a crossbuild even if both target and build
host are x86. The reason is that the check for dir.h, searea.h and
dristruct.h is done by the AC_CHECK_FILE macro not AC_CHECK_HEADER. With
the attached patch crossbuilding openchrome works.
