Hey Laurent, For entry level, I would recommend the access switches found here: http://www.opencompute.org/wiki/Networking/SpecsAndDesigns
Particularly the 6248C(Agema), AS4610 (by Edgecore), or the Nephos box if you need 10G. Now, if you don't need it to be OCP but rather just 'open networking' (i.e. has ONIE on it), your options expand to include: * Dell 3048-ON * HPE Altoline 6900 (re-brand of the AS4610) * Penguin 4804iq * Quanta LB9 * Supermicro SSE-G3648B Essentially any bcm Helix4 box or Nephos NPS chip will be in your price point. Now then, if you need less switching power, I would recommend an RMP (OOB) switch which uses the bcm Hurricane2 chip. Currently that's only Penguin 4804ip but expect more vendors to introduce boxes in this space. +--+ Carlos
