Hello, Well, I am in the same boat. Mine did not happen in a vaucume though. I think what I did was to restart Sendmail (via webmin) while Openprotect was still running, then realized I might have screwed things up and ran the Openprotect - disable and -enable scripts to try and restart. Is this possibly the source of the problem with you other two? I have not tried to fix it yet. I have not installed the latest version as things were working pretty well.
