I installed openprotect and now I don't know where to change settings for my postfix MTA. I need to edit it in /etc/postfix or in /etc/postfix.in ?

You can set things like DNSRBL, mynetworks etc that are related to receiving mail in /etc/postfix.in and things like delivery, transport maps etc in /etc/postfix for outgoing settings. Better configure everything related to postfix before installing OpenProtect, then after that, install OpenProtect.
