Now I changed the mynetworks from 213.143.64.0/19 to 213.143.0.0/16. I hope
that now will work.

The IP 213.143.87.16 is not in the mynetworks range. Either add it to the
mynetworks variable or if your users connect from all over the internet, use
SMTP Auth. SMTP Auth is the way to go, it seems from the log above.
