Wouter,

# find /var/qmail/queue.in/todo/
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32726
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32730
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32734
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32835
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32871
/var/qmail/queue.in/todo/32907

todo dir seems to be normal, if the log repeatedly shows 7 messages,

try stopping qmail-smtpd for a few minutes
usually, svc -d /service/qmail-smtpd /service/qmail-smtpd/log

and do a openprotect restart, wait a few more minutes and check out the maillog and /var/qmail/queue.in/todo directory, if there are files in it, there might be a problem.

then run MailScanner in Debug mode
openprotect stop
edit /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf and set Debug = yes
and get the output of check_mailscanner.

set Debug = no
and openprotect start
then start qmail-smtpd
usually, svc -u svc -u /service/qmail-send /service/qmail-send/log

cheers,
Ganesh.
