How about this:

It is preliminary, but definitely GPP oriented...
Comments welcome.
There is also a commit on Sep 21, 2009 with the comment "Commit: FM3TR
Linux port with taoorb."
Maybe things are beginning to happen in the SCA Open Source Space,
although the copyright on the files in the jtrs openir are "disturbing".
Well the Raytheon ones. Some other files have no copyright.
Must get home svn server going so I can finish SDR Forum paper and not
look harder at this stuff .....

the FM3TR base code was reused to minimize additional development, this was
also the case for the data mode and ITM application. The Calit2-ported FM3TR
code and documentation will be available in the JTRS Open IR shortly; it is
currently undergoing JTRS conformance testing which will ease wider use and
adoption.
When I looked over the FM3TR code, a fair bit had been written for a C55
DSP based system. I would like to see something that people could easily
move to a GPP based system, then create HW specific blocks. (This remark
applies to opeccpi also)

JTRS Open IR now available!
The JTRS Open Information Repository contains material donated by JPEO JTRS
as a courtesy to the open-source software-defined radio development
community. It is expected that this IR will continue to grow over time with
additional contributions from JPEO JTRS, as well as the user community.
