Xilinx recently released ISE 13.4
We are running regressions now; ml605 golden; working through V5, K7, OPED,
etc.
There is no immediate impact on the opencpi.org repo. No immediate impact
on NetFPGA10G.
Those cloning from the Atomic Rules upsteam git repo will find the xst prim
libs now built for 13.4 as in the Readme:
https://github.com/ShepardSiegel/ocpi/blob/master/README
(so no other version will work w/o recompile - or direct Verilog
compilation).
