This series add a p11util.c file that can be used to consolidate
generic pkcs#11 utility functions across the tree.
It is not being compiled as a stand alone library. Instead, we
include it in whatever binaries that needs those functions (be it
the library itself, the utilities or even testcases).
Patch 1 creates the file and changes some of the testcases to use it
Patch 2 simplifies the p11_get_ckr() functions by using a macro
Patch 3 shows how we could use the same approach in a utility, adding
an useful enhancement to pkcsconf.
