Thanks for your report. I just uploaded 1.4.8.1 to include a database
migration script. See the MIGRATION file in the root of the tarball.
Please also recompile OpenDNSSEC from this source as the database
version number will be bumped by running this script.

I dowloaded 1.4.8.1 and recompiled. Then I read the MIGRATION text, which
mentions a script enforcer/utils/migrate_1_4_8.sqlite3, but I can't find
this script. There are several other migration scripts in enforcer/utils,
but the ones for 1.4.8 I can't find.
