Disregard. Solved.

--with-ldns=/usr/local

I thought I was having a versioning info because it had previously said it had
found ldns lib stuff...but I guess it needs to know the path explicitly.

Subject: Issues with compile 1.4.8.2

Running into issues with compiling related to 'ldns'...despite ldns and
ldns-devel being there (and seemingly of proper enough version).

[root@dev-dns-20 opendnssec-1.4.8.2]# ./configure --with-database-backend=mysql
|grep -i ldns
checking for ldns-config... /usr/bin/ldns-config
checking what are the ldns includes... -I/usr/include
checking what are the ldns libs... -L/usr/lib64 -lpython2.6 -L/usr/lib64
-lcrypto -lldns
configure: error: Can't find ldns library
checking for ldns_rr_new in -lldns... no << fatal end of compile

[root@dev-dns-20 opendnssec-1.4.8.2]# rpm -qa |grep -i ldns
ldns-1.6.17-1.el6.x86_64
ldns-devel-1.6.17-1.el6.x86_64

Any advice?

[root@dev-dns-20 opendnssec-1.4.8.2]# uname -a
Linux dev-dns-20.<SNIP> 2.6.32-504.23.4.el6.x86_64 #1 SMP Fri May 29 10:16:43
EDT 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
