The <Zone> context there says in my case:

<TTL>PT3600S</TTL>
<Minimum>PT900S</Minimum>
<Serial>datecounter</Serial>
</SOA>
</Zone>
which is quite similar to what's specified in the "Zone
information" section in
https://wiki.opendnssec.org/display/DOCS/kasp.xml
and it doesn't mention any other settings there...
