Implements the following as a group:
1) Automatic graph layout
2) Changes in the vpe to provide access to automatic graph layout
(It's in the Edit menu and it's hooked up to Ctrl+K)
3) Movement of objects in the vpe canvas via cursor keys
4) Undo of movement of objects in the vpe canvas
(Also in the Edit menu, hooked up to Ctrl+U)
