To the openEHR clinical list: As some of you may know, the NHS Connecting for Health (CFH) in England is piloting the use of archetypes as an approach for building a detailed national clinical record architecture.
As the project manager, I would like to invite you to review and provide comments on the first set of draft models, via the project wiki at http://www.ehr.chime.ucl.ac.uk/display/nhsmodels/Home. Ocean Informatics have been assisting us in this effort, and you will notice that many of the archetypes for review are from openEHR. Your comments on this round would be welcomed by the project team by *8th March*. Fyi, we plan to have two more short comment periods over the next 6 weeks or so, on our first priority areas, Emergency and Maternity Care (including underlying generic models). In addition, your comments in other areas of the project wiki (generously hosted for us by UCL/CHIME), in particular the Clinical Sandpit area, would be welcome at any time. Please feel free to contact me, if you have any questions about this review or the project.
