What happens if an end-user wants to create a template and use a terminology as
often as possible, and the archetypes are constrained to be free text instead
of terminology?
Shouldn't all archetypes enable the use of a terminology?
For example: In the well-known observation.blood_pressure the person state
position is constrained to internal codes and one of them is "sitting". What if
the template creator wants to use the SNOMED term 33586001 instead of an
internal code?
