I believe it is very hard to accept the dogmatic approach of Gerard Freriks once again :-(
I thought we would have stopped, working on the implementable harmonization artifacts. It has been proven to work with HL7 v3 messages. For clinical content it does not matter at all in which technical formalism or spec it is operationalised.
