yes exactly. Technically I suppose it should be called TERMINOLOGY_CODE_PHRASE 
or TERMINOLOGY_CODE_STRING or something like that. It's the same idea as the 
openEHR CODE_PHRASE, the point here is to have an AOM type that is minimal, and 
just can represent a basic constrainable terminology code idea, and be easily 
mapped to actual RMs.
