I don't know if it is interesting for this forum, and if medical information designers should be busy with this, but since, f.e. FHIR is involved in incorporating technical layers, like REST and authorization and authentication, in an information standard, I think there is to come some connection between security and information-design.

In my idea, this is not a desirable direction, but it looks like we are going that way.

The 71-page document is the latest, and one of the most comprehensive, research efforts in the field of medical hacking, and paints a bleak picture of the state of security in hospitals So, maybe it is an interesting document to read. If not, just forget about it.
