Annotation related Jiras

I've added a bunch of Jiras for all the annotations we must support  
for EJB 3.0.  This should be a complete list, so if you see something  
I missed, please add it.

We should be able to use this to tell users without ambiguity exactly  
which annotations we support and which we don't.
