Why's the change? What's wrong with openejb-contributors being able to
assign issues to themselves?
Not so much an issue as there are some nice benefits to requiring a
"i want to work on x" email. Good habit to get into and shows other
people how to contribute who may not yet be in the openejb-
contributors group.
