Problems with endorsed dirs in yoko module

I had to disable the NameServiceTest in the yoko module since it  
depends on having the endorsed.dirs set in the build.  I copied the  
endorsed setting code from the yoko project but it doesn't work.  I  
think that we are setting the endorsed.dir for the tests, but we are  
not adding them to the class path.  If anyone wants to try to fix  
this, simply comment out the test exclude in modules/openejb-yoko/ 
pom.xml.
