packages. What is the significance of having two? Why don't any of the
references extend from the javax.naming package?
I think we'll have to wait for Dave's or others' comments as I have no idea why.
(It still worth sending questions here even though one might be
tempted to send them directly to Dave - others will learn it with you
so chances are there will be more Dave's in the near future - and
believe me I'm not only talking about Dave B. ;-))
