Build slow -- looking into it

The build seems to be a bit bogged down in the last couple days.  It  
went from roughly 3 minutes for a full clean build to 6 minutes.   
This happened before when we switched our geronimo 1.2 snapshots from  
the old maven1 jars to the newer maven2 jars -- the build went from 2  
minutes to 8 minutes.  When that happened I added tons of excludes  
and it went back down quite a bit.  Going to try the same thing.

Keep clear of the poms for a bit if you can.
