Sachin,
With the proper resources, anything is possible. I would love to take
advantage of WTP and making it written in a way to work with the Geronimo
plugin. I've not scoped this out yet but I have already began to realize
that the WTP facilities would make this easier. We should get started with
this soon.

Take care,

Jeremy

Hi, I was forward Jeremy's note regarding a proposal for an OpenEJB
plugin, and would definitely interested in helping out. (My
apologizes for not responding to the thread directly, I just now
subscribed to this list).

I'm not sure if this has been already considered, but it would be
great if this could be built on top of the Eclipse Web Tools Project,
so you have a base framework and the necessary API's and extension
points to start and build with, plus you'll gain the integration with
the rest the Java Enterprise tooling that WTP provides.

Also something else to consider is the consumability of the plugin
(s). Since Apache Geronimo pulls in openejb, it would be awesome to
have the same type of integration with the Geronimo Eclipse Plugin.
So essentially Geronimo could package these features, use any
extension points necessary that you may provide and thus you could
create openejb projects and target and deploy them to Geronimo just
as you would do for any type of Java EE project.

Look forward to hearing some of your thoughts.
