I wish I could spend some time having as much fun as you had introducing workaround instead of awaiting fixes (call it whatever you like, but I can see only fun of yours reading your hack reports). I wonder what would happen if you stayed with Dave's for a couple of weeks with no other resposibilities than coding!? ;-)
In the future, I'll try to keep my patches small and readable.
