Changes to itests openejb-jar.xml

Dain, you might want to check out my changes to the openejb-jar.xml.   
I've updated it based on the contents of the OpenejbJar in memory on  
itest deploy.  I did notice that idea had the object-ql elements  
marked as "changed", so you may want to look to make sure I didn't  
mess them up -- didn't really look at what was there before.
