for a bit but clearly isn't anymore. But definitely anyone making
changes to the code should publish new snapshots after they check in.
Looks like my automated thingy got locked up on Feb 26. I killed it
and kicked it off again. Hopefully that will help keep the snaps
fresh, but as already mentioned developers should do 'mvn clean
deploy' after significant changes.
