Could you be more specific? I don't think any of the available version
can generate openejb-jar.xml out of itself. What do you need
openejb-jar.xml for? There's some partial support of EJB annotations
you may find useful. All in all, the more information the merrier.

As far as CMP 2 is concerned, you are on your own, but I can be
