A build which enables all available distro features. Like adding
meta-security/meta-tpm to genericarm64 build to have all SW components with
TPM support. Then same for all available features to get a superset build.
A bit similar how general purpose distros like Debian build with all
features enabled and then in image etc configs the defaults can be changed
for specific usecases.

Yes, but I could see uses for standard way to declaring and discovering
distro features and then a way to enable all of them.
