I have a recipe that builds and runs now:
http://git.yoctoproject.org/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/log/?h=akanavin/package-version-updates-later

There are significant issues with this new release:
- upstream forgot to include important files in the tarball; autotools
build works but meson build does not.
- the binary crashes everywhere except x86.

There should be a 21.1.1 coming soon, let's see if it does better. X is
still dying, this all seems like hobbyist work with no corporate backing.
