From: Alexander Kanavin <[email protected]>

This allows disabling classes of fragments without knowing their full names,
e.g.
instead of

$ bitbake-config-build disable-fragment machine/qemuarm

one can issue

$ bitbake-config-build disable-fragment machine/

to match and disable everything that starts with 'machine/'.
