Thank you for your response.
You mentioned that Wrynose has switched to kirk and no longer uses runltp. 
However, I see that runltp is still present in the Wrynose source, for example:

I understand that runltp support is deprecated. Could you please clarify the 
plan and timeline for its complete removal from the Wrynose source?

What I see is that wrynose has already been switched to use kirk and
does not use runtlp. Can you provide links to where you still see
runltp inclusion?

No. Such changes aren't eligible for LTS backports.
