Correction of at91sam9260ek and at91sam9g20ek configuration files: Xserver is not needed. At91sam9rlek configuration file: no usbhost.
Adding of two new boards: at91sam9g10ek and at91sam9g45ekes. "es" stands for Engineering Sample and correspond to the marking that is on the board.
