thanks for pointing to the scripts
A small problem: 
build_transdir.sh 
does (obviously) not create links to  lang po files if no lang.po file exists 
( for all new translations in trunk-extra ) or if l18n structure does not 
exist no link to po and pot template files.

Seems to be a chicken egg problem. but IMHO launchpad/OpenERP should provide 
the basic structure for ALL modules and languages even if the po files are 
empty.
