MPs have translation templates updated, but I was talking about all the modules
that are already in the community branches. But if you want, I can make an MP

I think we can make this process more efficient but by pass the process, i
think is not possible, because remember there are not all translated or not
translated, we have both.
I propose, choose one project define the human process and make the merge as

As a personal experience, we made this for our localizations and addons-vauxoo
and we got 2 or three non trivial problems that make us re-verify some thing in
our modules (now i dont remember exactly what).
But we must do this IMHO one by one.
