Sounds nice, and it would be very
welcome stock-logistic-flows, I believe.
However this won't do in my specific case, as there are other
existing parts in the chain which require pickings and not packs
for several parcels.

You can repeat the operation until the SP is fully packed.
Not sure it can help and module is not yet published (but is
planned to be soon).
