I think this is (was) taking/increasing the same sequence for
account.move as for statement itself.

Bug description:
the name / number depends on the journal selected and shouldn't be generated
while creating a new resource.
IMHO could be integrated in the on-update of journal which already fetches the
balance of the last journal
