Bug description:
Version testen : 5.0.11
Steps to reproduce:
* install clean db (minimal)
* install account module
* create fiscal year using accounting installation wizard
* create new user
* add user only to groups "employee" and "Partner manager"
* open a partner form
Result :
AccessError
