Apparently the 'unit_price' is always without VAT.
Whether you use tax included or tax excluded the unit price stays the same.
What changes is the subtotal with/without tax.

Bug description:
Using the module account_tax_include, when I input a sales order, with the
option tax included, the 'unit price' in order report is the one with VAT. it
should be the one without VAT (the total actually is correct and calculated
without VAT).
