Good day, I'm writing to confirm with this group that there is not a method for tracking discounts given on sales order lines?
For example - if a company provides a product at a sale price of $100 and gives the customer a 10% discount, the net is $90. The accounting for that is typically $100 income and $10 to sales discounts. I am seeing only $90 to income and no tracking of the discount. Any feedback is appreciated.
