a bug under which I group 4 merge proposals to add a new 22% tax in Italy. It is a bit urgent to review & merge because the default VAT has already increased on October 1, 2013. Yes, it is a sudden change, but still better than last year's increase to 21% that happened in the middle of the month.. Thanks, Leo
