Hi guys, fast forward 2012, is this but still alive? I have the same error,
but I solve this bug with additional parameters to openerp-server:
openerp-server --db_host=localhost --db_user=myname --db_password=mypassword
--db_port=5432 --database=openerp
Then openerp initialize the database openerp and now I can finally
connect.
The problem left is what is the default username and password.
