I was told this could be reproduced also when creating contacts, but I have
just tried and could not reproduce the problem on 6.1, even with a web client
running separately (i.e. port 8002).
Kurt or Vishal, could any of you add a screenshot and/or a video demonstrating
the issue on the latest 6.1 or latest trunk?

addons: 6631
When creating records in some modules like 'report_intrastat' it
create a duplicate record with the same data.
This problem only occurs when using the web client on port '8002' but
not when using '8069'
