My request to French experts ,please provide sufficient information on "tax
mapping " in French scenario.

Bug description:
The tax mappings for fiscal positions in l10n_fr are quite incomplete: only
one of them actually contains mapping data.
The others are empty, but they should contain tax mappings instead.
