Hello,
Purnendu is right, at the save time Company(m2m) field is removed that's
why this error raised. Additionally this issue is a generic for all m2m
field that's why I am transferring this to web team.
I think here _defaults are not working correctly for m2m field.

access rules, new user cannot log in the system due to email thread

Bug description:
(trunk), tested in runbot (not _all)
create a user and give him access to employee and partner manager.
Then log you as this user.
AccessError
Operation prohibited by access rules, or performed on an already
deleted document (Operation: read, Document type: Email Thread).
