Account_invoice_layout is totally removed form the trunk addons, So this
issue doesn't affect anymore.
That's why I am closing this issue.

* payment terms problems
these are only printed if not mandatory "Description on Invoice" is defined,
but in this case also the payment term is printed , else not
* IMHO taxes should not be printed if no tax code is defined
